Chairman Ivy called the special meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. at The
Smithfield Center for the purpose of welcorning representatives from the Isle
of Wight Council, United Kingdom and farmally presenting a Resolution
Commemorating the Visit of the Council of the County of Isle of Wight in
the United Kingdom of Great Britain to the County of Isle of Wight,
Virginia, adopted by the Board at its May 3, 2007 meeting.

At 7:45 p.m., Supervisor Bradshaw moved that the Board adjourn its
meeting. The motion was adopted by a vote of (5-0) with Supervisors
Brown, Bradshaw, Clark, Ivy and Wright voting in favor of the motion, and
no Supervisors voting against the motion.
