Subdivision, General, to properly codify the Board of Supervisors conveyance of acceptance authority to the Director of Planning and Zoning, as Subdivision Agent, with respect to real property dedicated to the County by recorded plats. D.The application of Cliff Barnes LLC for a change in zoning classification from Conditional-General Industrial (C-GI) to Rural Agricultural Conservation (RAC) approximately 215 acres of land located on the south side of the CSX Railroad, which is south of Carrsville Highway (Rt. 58) between Green Oaks Lane and BobcatLane in the Carrsville Election District. The purpose of the application is to amend the zoning of the property from industrial to an agricultural zoning classification. E. The application of W.C. Sawyer, Archer L. Jones II, Jeanette J. Keener, Trustee of the Jeanette J. Keener Revocable Living Trust and Jeanette J. Keener, Trustee of the Charles F. Keener Family Trust, owners and R. Mitchell Wilcox, applicant, to amend the Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation from Suburban Estate to Suburban Residential.
