Chairman Brown called the special meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. at the
Carrollton Library for the purpose of discussing and responding to questions
by the members of the Isle of Wight Citizens Association with respect to the
Norfolk water agreement.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:00 p.m.
