At 7:00 p.m., in the absence of Chairman Brown and Vice - Chairman
Bradshaw, Supervisor Casteen moved that Supervisor Wright act as the
Chairman and preside over the Town Hall meeting being held at Windsor
High School. The motion was adopted by a vote of (3 -0) with Supervisors
Clark, Casteen and Wright voting in favor of the motion; no Supervisors
voting against the motion; and, Chairman Brown and Vice - Chairman
Bradshaw absent at the meeting.
At 7:05 p.m., Supervisor Wright noted that there were no citizens in
attendance at the meeting.
There being no business for discussion, Supervisor Wright declared the
meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
