Douglas Caskey, County Administrator Carey Mills Storm, Clerk Chairman Casteen called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. for the purpose of discussing jointly with the Planning Commission an update to the County's 2012 Draft Cash Proffer Study. Julie Herlands, Principal, TischlerBise, reviewed the draft update with the Board and Planning Commission, a copy of which is attached and entitled "Attachment A" to these minutes. It was noted that the Study was last updated in 2003 and needs to be brought up -to -date with current economic conditions. The Board concurred that it would defer continued discussion of the matter to the Commission and await its recommendation. At 5:25 p.m., Chairman Casteen declared the joint meeting adjourned. Alan E.
